i'm actually talking about the johnny from Johnny's entertainment. i mean, all the current and future top j-pop band in japan are all under the agency. and, from the interview i have watched, i really think he's a genius. he auditions kids(just boys i think), then, puts them under Johhny's junior. train and teach them to dance, sing and act. at the same time, he makes sure that they learn a lot from their sempai-s in Johnny's Ent. the juniors would be backup dancers forthe senior's concerts. for example, kamenashi kazuya (from KATTUN) have been a backup dancer for the KinKi Kids concert. :) i think its really awesome.

then, after a few years, when he has found the perfect group, they will debut like ARASHI, KAT-TUN, Hey! Say! JUMP and others. or,if he thinks they're better of solo, they'll debut as a solo artist.

though, all these temporary groups that he makes is kind of confusing, i think its still great. they are trained for quite sometime, so, when they do debut, they are definitely more matured and experienced.

this vid is actually about a show that the Johhny's Juniors participated from about 6 years ago.

yamapi and ikuta toma was insanely cute. OMG. they were like so cute and sweet then, and now, they are like one of the hottest guys alive :DD i mean, yamapi is *blushes* really handsome. you can also see Jun matsumoto from Arashi. he was so kawaii :) ahaha. there was also nino and aiba who is also from Arashi. then, i bet they didnt even know that they'll be half as famous as they are now and also being in one really awesome group.

from what i have been reading in wiki, the seniors in Johnny's Ent. have always supported and become role models for the juniors. for example, sakurai sho has actually inspired yamapi and also other johhny's juniors at that time to further they're education. and as i see it, its like a never ending cycle. when the juniors have become seniors, they'll try to support and also be role-models for the next generation of juniors. :)

and also, by watching the interviews,you can se the bond and closeness between the juniors and seniors. this vid is the interview of hey!say! JUMP by KinKi Kids in their show, Domoto Kyoudai. :D

through the interview you can really see,how the seniors has inspired the juniors to do a lot of things. like, Chinen Yuuri who really admires Ohno Satoshi from Arashi. and Takaki Yuya who joined Johnny's Ent. because he really admired Domoto Koichi (Kinki Kids). an aslo Yaotome Hikaru who joined after watching Kamenashi Kazuya dancing as a backup at a KinKi Kids concert. kawaii ne. :)

all in all, i think Johnny's Ent. are doing an awesome job. Ganbatte ne ;D
